Quality Control
Quality Control
Every unit we ship goes through a structured, multi-stage quality control process — from incoming materials to final packaging.
Our QC Process
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials and components are inspected upon arrival. We verify specifications, dimensions, and material quality before production begins.
In-Process Assembly Check
Our QC team conducts checks at key assembly stages to identify and address issues before they affect the finished product.
Function & Performance Testing
Every unit is tested for smooth operation, structural integrity, and performance — including resistance levels, motion range, and load capacity.
Packaging Inspection
Before shipment, packaging is checked for correct labeling, protective padding, and carton integrity to minimize transit damage.
Third-Party Inspection
We support buyer-arranged third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) prior to shipment. Please discuss inspection arrangements during the quoting process.
