Stock designs normally start at 100 pieces per model. Customized or OEM orders normally start at 500 pieces. The final MOQ depends on the selected model, configuration and packaging. Mixed-model consolidation is supported.

Confirmed stock orders are typically completed in around 10 days. Custom production is typically around 30 days after sample approval and materials are confirmed.

Yes. Custom colors, logo branding, color boxes and multilingual manuals are standard OEM services. Engineering feasibility is reviewed before sample confirmation.

Products are CE certified and third-party tested; RoHS and FCC documentation is available on request. Destination-specific requirements are confirmed during order review.

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are supported. Bulk orders ship by sea freight in FCL or LCL quantities; air freight is available for samples and urgent small shipments. Buyers may use their own nominated freight forwarder or ask us to arrange shipment.

Yes. ZOOGO can review logo placement, colors, retail cartons, manuals, barcode labels and accessory combinations before sampling.

Yes. Buyers may appoint their own inspector or arrange a live factory view. Inspection points should be agreed before production so the checklist covers function, workmanship, labeling and packing.

Mixed-model loading is available when quantities and carton sizes fit safely into one shipment. Send your model list and we will confirm loading feasibility and volume planning.

We can adapt packaging artwork, protective inserts, product labels, instruction manuals and barcode labels to distributor requirements. Artwork approval happens before mass production.

OEM orders can adjust appearance colors, branding, controls, accessories and packaging within the limits of each base platform. Engineering feasibility is reviewed before sample confirmation.

Production uses three gates: incoming material checks, in-process assembly checks and pre-shipment outgoing inspection. Buyers receive photo documentation based on the agreed order requirements.

The standard set includes commercial invoice, packing list, carton markings and loading photos. Destination-specific certificate and customs documents are confirmed separately according to market requirements.

Replacement parts are provided for quality-related issues within the warranty period, and spare-part availability varies by model and version. Confirm replacement components with our team before finalizing the order so they can be included in your procurement plan; our team also supports post-shipment questions by email and WhatsApp.

We accept T/T (bank transfer). Standard terms are a 30% deposit upon order confirmation with the balance paid before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed for established partners.
