Quality Control Before Goods Leave the Factory

ZOOGO uses defined checkpoints for incoming materials, in-process assembly and pre-shipment inspection. Buyers may arrange video checks or third-party inspection.

Four-Stage Inspection Process

Every unit passes a structured, multi-stage quality control process from incoming materials to final packaging — keeping functional and packaging requirements aligned all the way to container loading.

  • 1

    Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

All raw materials and components are inspected on arrival. Specifications, dimensions and material quality are verified against approved standards before production release.

  • 2

    In-Line Assembly Checks (IPQC)

Our QC team conducts checks at key assembly stages — fastening, wiring, controls and appearance — so issues are caught and corrected before they reach the finished product.

  • 3

    Function & Performance Testing

Every unit is tested for smooth operation, structural integrity and performance, including resistance levels, motion range and control behavior.

  • 4

    Pre-Shipment Packaging Inspection (OQC)

Before shipment, packaging is checked for correct labeling, protective padding and carton integrity to minimize transit damage.

Compliance Documents & Verification

Document requirements depend on destination market, electrical configuration and product version. The applicable set is confirmed at order specification instead of shown as a generic certificate wall.

Model compliance file

The buyer supplies target models, electrical configuration, destination market and order quantity. ZOOGO confirms the applicable document list against that program.

Production records Available records can include IQC checks, in-process reports and batch-linked finished-goods testing.
Shipment documentation The shipment package can include packing details, gross-weight data, marking artwork, photo reports and loading confirmation.
Buyer verification Buyers may review golden samples, appoint a third-party inspector or agree live production checkpoints before mass production.
  • Model-specific certificate list
  • Factory test records by batch
  • Packing dimensions and gross weight sheet
  • Pre-shipment photo report
  • Container loading confirmation
  • Instruction manual and label artwork

Buyer Verification Options

B2B buyers can validate critical requirements through factory visits, live production views, sample testing or appointed third-party inspectors. We regularly support buyer-arranged third-party inspections (for example SGS or Bureau Veritas) prior to shipment — raise inspection arrangements when submitting your quote request so checkpoints can be planned into production.

Recommended Checks

Before samplingConfirm voltage/plug requirement, market use case, resistance range, size limits and packaging format.
During samplingTest operation noise, pedal position, stability, remote/control behavior and accessory completeness.
Before mass productionApprove golden sample, color standards, logo placement, manuals, barcode and export carton.
Before shipmentReview random sampling results, function checks, carton drop/readiness and loading photographs.
